How KeraLase works
The first step of our KerlaLase system occurs when we create tiny microchannels in the areas of your scalp where your hair is thinning. These tiny channels not only encourage scalp circulatory health, they are key to the second step of our KeraLase system — applying the KeraFactor growth serum.
KeraFactor growth serum contains highly concentrated levels of the growth hormones and proteins that are responsible for your follicular and scalp health.
Furthermore, your hair growth occurs in three cycles, and the KeraFactor serum is designed to target each of these stages:
- Anagen — the active growing stage
- Catagen — the transitional phase
- Telogen — the resting phase
The growth factors in KeraFactor promote neovascularization/angiogenesis around your follicles and, at the same time, the skin proteins included in KeraFactor promote healthier scalp tissue.
When we apply the KeraFactor, we use vasodilating skin agents and manual massage to enhance topical penetration of the serum.

The KeraLase timeline
Your KeraLase treatment typically takes less than an hour for us to complete. Afterward, we ask that you don’t wash your hair for at least 24 hours so that your scalp fully absorbs the KeraFactor. We also send you home with hair products from the Aesthetic Assets “Mane Account” line, which you should apply as instructed, as well as Nutrafol Supplements.
As your hair goes through its different growth stages, you’ll realize gradual results, so please be patient. Some clients see results in as little as three weeks, while others experience new hair growth after 6-12 weeks. Your results depend on the speed your hair goes through its growth cycles.
